Welcome to the second instalment of Matt Clarke’s invasion of our iPhones and iPads, XenHTML.

For a long time we’ve all been begging someone to bring back SBHTML to our devices and I’m pleased to say Matt Clarke aka @_Matchstic heard our cries for help and came to our rescue, and all I can say is thank f**k for that!

But unlike the other SBHTML tweaks of previous XenHTML also has the ability to add these effects to our lockscreen and all from 1 tweak. As soon as I heard the news that Matt was bringing out XenHTML I knew it was going to be special as this guy has been changing the game lately first off with Infostats2 and then Xen and now he has done it again with XenHTML, and you can tell Matt has got some serious talent and it’s guys like him that will keep the Jailbreak community striving to improve and grow the possibilities into a reality for our devices.

Now I hear you say “will old SBHTML themes work on XenHTML?” And the answer is “Yes it will” all thanks to a Legacy Mode switch in Global Settings that will allow older SBHTML’s to work with XenHTML. You have settings for individual widgets and also the SBHTML to you can use either and all will be behind the icons again, just how we like them. Also you can run SB+ by @junesiphone too, so XenHTML really does offer a lot all from 1 tweak and I would always recommend using widgets that use Infostats2 as then you won’t need tweaks like WW3 to get locations. Another bonus is that after selecting widgets or LS widgets you don’t need to respring.

The Lockscreen part of XenHTML offers the same benefits as the SBHTML side of XenHTML but you have another function as you can set widgets to be either in the background or foreground of XenHTML, you get same options as the SBHTML side including Global Settings and also Individual Widget settings and also the option to hide things like the Lockscreen Clock, Slide To Unlock text and things like making the Statusbar smaller and battery management and controlling Notifications Behaviour and Media Controls Behaviour and hiding other elements. Matt has covered every aspect for XenHTML.
