Hi guys and welcome to a quick introduction into Lock+ for LockHTML4.
Well as you might be thinking “I thought Lock+ was for Cydget” you’re right to think that but now you can run it on LockHTML4 and this is why. Cydget is a great tool but it does have its issues and is the reason why people get safemodes or random resprings when using Cydget, so @JunesiPhone decided to make it function on LockHTML and the reason for this is to make it run better without the resprings that Cydget was causing, not Lock+ but Cydget.
So how do I go about setting it up, first off go and purchase LockHTML4 in Cydia, not only can you run Lock+ but you can choose any widget to run on Lockscreen so you can pick and choose, LockHTML widget selection is easy, you choose widget or Lock+ and select it, then go into settings and choose some extras like hiding StatusBar and other Lockscreen elements, then exit and lock phone.
On first setup it will ask you to swipe left and will give you a set of instructions and bullet points as you swipe, once they are done just swipe left and the menu will reveal and just select theme as you would do on Cydget version. Enjoy. LockHTML4 is a great way to run widgets and Lock+ as it’s very stable and doesn’t require a resprings after each selection.
Things you need for this are, LockHTML4 (it will install what it needs to function) and then select LockPlus for LockHTML4, LockPlus will install what it needs to function too so don’t panic. Once this is done you can adjust LockHTML settings and also LockPlus settings to what you need them to do. Easy it’s all done.
