Hi guys and welcome to a special presentation of Boxy3 by @william_vab who brought us Boxy and Boxy2 and is back with a revamped version. Now Boxy is a tweak that allows you to have a custom box shape of icons, whether you choose 2×2 3×3 or 3×5 I think you see the pattern.

Now if you haven’t heard of Boxy then you’ve been missing out on quite a spectacular tweak for all those who love their themes and enjoy nothing more than making killer set ups on your iPhone or iPad, it just gives you so much room to play with its ability to add rows and columns and also remove them too, but not only does Boxy allow you to remove or add rows and columns it also allows you to move vertical and horizontal padding and also top icon set which means moving icons closer to or further away from the statusbar.

Now let’s get back to the padding, this means you can add space between rows and columns or make icons sit closer together or like I said earlier add space, this is done by selecting custom layout in layout settings and then going to user configuration and changing the values on each section, now don’t be daunted by this as you have a guide to work to which gives you a diagram if what vertical and horizontal padding means and does and it’s really easy to use and this is what I like about Boxy is its ease to use.

So have a play about and set it up how you want, or you can select pre made set ups and they are for example, centre box, evenly spread and so on.
Now let’s get on to the subject of the Quick Settings that can be activated on the home screen by swiping up on your device and you will get a pop up that has the settings needed to customise your set up without having to enter the settings app and the new look UI in the settings of Boxy is looking great and has given it the freshen up it needed for iOS 9 and above.

Boxy3 is available now in beta and will be $1.99 when released officially, if you’d like to sign up you can do so here by tapping Here and entering your UDID, if you purchased Boxy2 then this is a free upgrade so get it on your device and enjoy a stable and easy to use fun icon layout tweak, this is one of those tweaks that makes us remember why we love jailbreaking our iPhones and iPads.
